1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Tanova, a service provided by Tsoka Travel ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Tanova you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.
2. The service
Tanova is a platform for travel businesses to list services, plan trips, take bookings, send invoices, get paid and message guests. We may improve or change features over time.
Each company on Tanova is separate. You are responsible for your listings, prices, availability, and for delivering what you sell to your guests.
3. Accounts and security
You must give accurate information and keep your password and API keys secret. Tell us at once if you think your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for what your staff do with the access you give them.
4. Plans, trial and payment
Every plan starts with a free trial. To start it we make a one-off card check of a small amount, shown as 0.83–1.18 in your card's currency, to confirm your payment method works. The check is not your subscription.
After the trial your plan is charged monthly or yearly at the price shown when you chose it. We e-mail the invoice before each charge. If you save a payment method, you agree that we may charge it for your plan until you remove it. You can remove it or cancel at any time.
Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
5. Payments from your guests
Guests pay you directly through the payment accounts you connect. We do not hold your guests' money and take no commission on it. You are responsible for your agreements with your guests, your refunds and your taxes.
6. Your content and data
You own your content and your guests' data. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service for you. You can export your data at any time, and erase a guest on request.
Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to use.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other companies' data, to overload or disrupt the platform, to send spam, or to use it for fraud. We may suspend an account that puts others or the platform at risk.
8. AI features
Some features use AI to word text, draft replies, suggest changes and translate. AI output can be wrong: you review it before it is sent or published, and you stay responsible for what you send to guests.
9. Availability
We work to keep Tanova available and back up your data, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or error-free.
10. Cancelling and ending
You can cancel at any time. We may end an account for a serious breach of these terms, with notice where we can. When an account ends you can still export your data for a reasonable period.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of the country where Tsoka Travel is registered.
