Is Tanova too big or too technical for a small business?
No. Most companies are set up in an afternoon: sign up, add what you sell, share a plan. The Go Live checklist shows what is left, and a real person will help you on WhatsApp.
We already use WhatsApp. Do we have to give it up?
No. Tanova brings WhatsApp, Telegram and e-mail into one inbox, so you keep talking to guests where they already are. You just stop losing the thread.
What does it really cost?
Plans start at $49 a month and there is no commission on your bookings. A year costs ten months. The first 30 days are free.
Why do you ask for a card if the trial is free?
A one-off card check of 0.83–1.18 (depending on your card's currency) confirms your payment method works and starts the trial. You are billed for your plan only after the trial, and we e-mail the invoice first. Cancel any time.
Who gets paid when a guest pays?
You do. Guests pay into your own account with Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Paynow, Pesapal or Selcom, or by bank transfer. Tanova never holds your money.
Is my data safe, and can I leave?
Every company's data is kept apart from every other's. You can export all of yours at any time, and erase a guest on request.
Will the AI say something wrong to my guests?
The AI only words things and suggests. Prices and services always come from your listings, and nothing is sent to a guest until you approve it.
What does AI-ready actually mean?
Your listings are published in a form AI assistants can read and act on: search, check availability, quote and book. You decide what is visible, and the booking lands in your portal.
Can Tanova sell my extras for me?
It offers them for you. You list your extras once: a private guide, a transfer, a sundowner. Before each trip Tanova sends the guest a message with the ones that apply, by e-mail, WhatsApp or Telegram, and the guest replies to add them. Nothing goes out until you switch a message on.
