How calendar sync works

Paste your calendar link

Your PMS or channel manager publishes an iCal (.ics) link. Paste it against the tour or experience it closes.

Busy days close here

We read it every 30 minutes. A day it shows as busy is closed for booking, on the website, the API and AI assistants.

Publish ours back

Give your PMS the secret address of our calendar. It shows what is booked and how many guests, never who.

About integrations

Do I have to replace my PMS?

No. Your PMS or channel manager stays exactly as it is. Tanova reads its calendar and publishes ours back, so both tell the same story.

Can you connect directly to Cloudbeds, Mews or Opera?

Not yet as a built-in connection. Calendar sync works today with any of them that can publish a calendar. If you want a direct connection for rates, availability and reservations, tell us which system: we build the ones companies ask for, and it needs your own access to that system.

What about Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport?

A lodge or hotel reaches a GDS through its channel manager, so connect the channel manager. Direct GDS connections are for airlines and large operators, on request.

How do I ask for a connector?

Open Integrations in your portal, choose PMS & calendar sync, and press "Request this connection" on your system. We record it and get back to you.
